SACE WARRANTY

SACE (seller) warrants that all machine components and catchment bags will be free from defect in material or workmanship for a period of Three (3) year from date of purchase which will be the date that the purchaser receives the goods.

SELLERS SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this limited warranty and to the extent permitted by Law, any warranty or condition implied by law shall be the replacement of parts without charge which are defective in material or workmanship, and which have NOT been misused, carelessly handled, or mis-repaired by other than the seller or his authorised person.

To make a claim under this limited warranty you may be asked to return the defective part to SACE.

This limited warranty only applies to the SACE Machine and Catchment Bag – it does not apply to Catchment Tanks, waste Hoses, Catchment Bag Stiffeners, and other general accessories.
